SVN Server

Each of our web 2.0 projects is processed on a SVN server, so that both our development team and our customers always have access to the latest code. Also, changes to the project code can be carried out by our customers and our developers at the same time. 

With the SVN access, our development team is able to provide an optimal code quality and close monitoring.

Our SVN servers are hosted in the Amazon S3 cloud.

Staging Server

After the development of a web application is complete, it will be available to the customer on one of our 3 staging server. This transfer is processed either automatically or manually by the responsible project manager. Thanks to the staging servers, our customers always have the latest releases, following the principle of agile software development.

To manage our development processes more efficiently, we use the following tools for our daily work.

Yuuguu Desktop Sharing

Our development team is using the Yuuguu Desktop Sharing Tool for the cooperation with our customers. With Yuuguu we can:

• Observe Remote Desktops of developers, project managers and customers
• Access and work on Remote Desktops

For our customers, the use of Yuuguu is free of charge.

Debian Virtual Machine

Often a bridge has to be built between our Windows development environments and the Linux systems of our clients, on which they provide applications to their customers. Therefore we rely on the Debian 5.0 (subject to upgrade) Virtual Machine from Thought Police.

Tortoise SVN Client

We use the Tortoise SVN client for our development work on Windows desktops. Windows 32-bit und 64-bit Clients können hier heruntergeladen werden.

Mantis Issue Tracker

For the daily project coordination between software developers, project managers and clients, we rely on Mantis, a mature and market-proven issue tracking system. Among other things, Mantis allows us to:

• Bug Tracking
• Receive new feature requests
• Maintain separate communication protocols for individual areas
• Request customer feedback
• Track time spent on seperate issues
